I would honestly describe this hospital as a 5-star resort after my experience in the Labour and Delivery ward. This was my second pregnancy, and it was a complete 180 from my first birth.
I’m from Toronto but chose to give birth in Terrace so I could be close to family, and I’m so glad I did. Every nurse and physician was compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. The team was organized, informative, and truly committed to providing a positive birthing experience.
I was especially impressed by the level of support offered from; lactation consultants and midwives to a car seat specialist. I’m still raving about my experience and would highly recommend this Labour and Delivery ward to any woman considering where to give birth.

I stayed in the emergency department and was very well looked after by the entire team. All the nurses doctors and technicians were so professional, friendly and compassionate which made a scary time, a lot less scary. I got moved onto a different hospital after, the Terrace hospital food is far superior. Thanks for looking after me!

Visited at late night. Well cleaned and maintained. Usually a wait here. Triage functions are really slow

Recently had surgery and a 3 day stay. The doctors and nurses were exceptional. Compassionate and friendly. It's still the old hospital, the cleaning staff was thorough. I would definitely travel to terrace over PG hospital any day.

Giving this ICU 1 star is even to much. The lack of professionalism is horrid. I lost a son and a mother in last 12 months. I am exhausted.
Last month my daughter was in the coma for 3 weeks, in terrace hospital. What a joke this place is Trying to get information on my daughter was pulling teeth. The no ethic on the nuses. I called everyday to get undate on my child. I have all there nurses names. Shame on you. The Nurses credentials aslo a large job. Creg was the only nice one. grow a brian and have erhics. Ffs.
